The system of quality management in the education system is based upon a policy, an organizational structure and on documentation that allows the supervising, the evaluation and the corrective-preventive intervention and the continuous improvement of the quality. The implementing of the management system ISO 9000:2000 in the Scientific Library of the Academy of Economic Studies is a good way to resolve the actual problems, so that a quality education could be realized just in a medium in which all the involved parties assume the responsibility for the quality of their contribution.
