The author in the article determines the essential features of the processual branches of law, characterizes them, defines the concept of the procedural branch of law.

У статті здійснюється теоретичний аналіз підходів до розуміння поняття галузі права, виокремлюються й аналізуються її основні риси. На підставі проведеного дослідження юридичної літератури, присвяченої вивченню цієї проблеми, автор визначає суттєві ознаки процесуальних галузей права, дає їх характеристику, визначає дефініцію процесуальної галузі права.
