Rezumat

Experimental, prin metoda de electrostimulare a unei structuri profunde a creierului a fost modulată activitatea impulsivă a neuronilor orexinergici ai ariei laterale a hipotalamusului, prin ce s-a reuşit de a modifica comportamentul alimentar şi fondalul emoţional al animalelor de laborator şi de a demonstra rolul reglator al sistemului orexinergic activator în comportamentul alimentar.

By experimental approach, with the help of deep brain stimulation of impulse activity of orexinergic neurons of lateral hypothalamic area, we successfully modified feeding behavior and emotional background in laboratory animals and thereby proving the important role of the orexin activating system in feeding behavior regulation. 14 references, 2 tables, 3 figures.

Экспериментальным путем, применяя технику электростимуляции глубокого мозга, модулировали импульсную активность орексинергических нейронов латерального гипоталамического поля, чем удалось успешно модифицировать пищевое поведение и эмоциональный фон лабораторных животных и продемонстрировать, тем самым, важную роль орексиновой активирующей системы в регуляции пищевого поведения.
