<dc:description xml:lang='en'>The process of constitutionalising the economics human rights is a complex process that involves three systems of activity: lawmaking, law enforcement and constitutional justice, the first two being generating contradictions between laws and the Constitution of the State, and the last is mean to resolve these contradictions in order to remove unconstitutional legal norms from the system of law. </dc:description>
