The technology of restoration and strengthening of the cylinders of reciprocating motors by ironcarborundum composite electroplates in the hydrodynamic field is developed. We performed the mathematical description of soliquid hydrodynamics in the electrochemical system, which consists of two coaxial cylinders - restorable component and revolving anode (creating centrifugal hydrodynamic field). We give the characteristics of the method of the technological process for plating the compositions Fe-SiC, the optimum parameters of wearing capacity and mechanical processing. The equipment for the galvanic section production of the electric precipitation of composite coatings is presented. |
