Possibility of synthesis of nanocarbon from gaseous hydrocarbons at high-frequency electrodischarge influence at different types of discharge in gases is appraised in theory – by volume, crown, spark and arc. Experimental verification showed possibility of synthesis of nanocarbon with the sizes of particles 10−45 nm. |
