Rezumat

The method is developed to determine the parameters of material structure with use of a computer program of image processing. This method was tested on basis of the analysis of the influence of 3 methods of biaxial stresses of sheet aluminum alloy 6111 (static, pulse and combined) on the change of its structural parameters. Correlation is determined for the changes of geometrical parameters of microstructure with limit deformation.
