The article is devoted to the study of the question of standardization of education professionals in the field of cybersecurity. The author states that at the present stage practice of training ahead of the process of creating standards. In Ukraine, there are no qualifications of specialists in cybersecurity, adopted at the state level. The author conducts a comparative legal analysis of previously existing and new approaches to the design standards of higher education. Researcher examines standards of education in the specialty “Cybersecurity” through educational content and the list of disciplines included in the curricula of bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The analysis reveals that the structure of training critically low number of hours allocated to the legal training, issues of legal regulation of intellectual property rights and legal support of cybersecurity. Questions of computer ethics, global virtual culture, deontics in a professional activity of a specialist on cyber security is not represented in the educational standards properly. The weakness of the educational standards in the specialty “Cybersecurity” at the university level is to work with electronic documents, electronic signatures and electronic correspondence. Compilers educational programs these issues are paying very little attention. The author believes that current educational standards in the specialty “Cybersecurity” imperfect and require substantial revision.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання стандартизації підготовки фахівців із кібербезпеки. Установлено підґрунтя нормативно-правової регламентації стандартів вищої освіти згідно з новим законодавством. Здійснено аналіз репрезентації основних компонентів освітніх стандартів у змісті освіти за спеціальністю «кібербезпека». Установлено роль і місце в освітніх стандартах підготовки фахівців за вказаною спеціальністю правничої складової. Виявлено актуальні проблеми стандартизації освіти в цій сфері на сучасному етапі. Запропоновано напрями спеціалізації фахівців із кібербезпеки.
