Rezumat

The article analyzes the experience of the management of migration flows by the German authorities in the context of the migration crisis in the European Union, which has roused new risks and threats in Europe. Germany Migration Policy that became a priority of the state policy demonstrates a selective approach to the problem of migration crisis, guided primarily by national interests and not by the collective interests of the European Union. Pursued by the German Chancellor’s foreign policy based on the formation of vertical flow management of migration in Germany, the same model through the foreign policy levers within the European Union, the Chancellor is trying to project the level of EU governance mechanisms.
