This article is addressed the issue of what the entitlement Philosophy influence scientific investigations within the framework of legal sciences. The author notes that in the conditions of reforming the legal system of the Republic of Moldova it is appropriate to conduct investigations of complex scientific in order to steer the process and post-graduate law. To materialize this imperative of the time, it is necessary to know and use the methodological fundamentals of law in the process of investigating legal phenomenon in our country. The methodological fundamentals of law are considered as the philosophy of law and general theory of law, possessing an arsenal of multiple scientific research methods to be used in the process of investigating the phenomenon of legal hermeneutics, method-method, systemic, comprehensive method with inductive method, the deductive method and combined approach (deductive and inductive). It is remarked that the combined approach is quite productive for the scope of the duty, because combining inference and induction of a structural connection, an interaction between theoretical and empirical aspects, empirical facts proving to have significance only if it allows a certain generalization, and theoretical issues are relevant and significant empirical verification if they permit.
