Rezumat

Lucrarea include date privind influenţa nanoparticulelor de TiO2, Fe3O4, ZnO, MgO, ZnO/MgO (1:4) asupra activităţii enzimatice a micromicetelor Trichoderma koningii Oudemans CNMN FD 15 şi Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12 – producătoare de proteaze şi Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 – producătoare de amilaze. S-a constatat varierea efectului nanomaterialelor în funcţie de compoziţia şi concentraţia compuşilor, precum şi particularităţile fiziologo-biochimice ale tulpinilor producătoare şi specificitatea complexului enzimatic sintetizat. Astfel, a fost relevată acţiunea benefică a particulelor ZnO и Fe3O4 şi amestecului ZnO/MgO asupra sintezei proteazelor (în special proteazelor neutre), sporul activităţii enzimatice variind în limita de 25,0-188,1%. În cazul micromicetei Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 – producătoare de amilaze, efectul nanooxizilor a fost preponderent inhibitor, excepţie constituind compusul ZnO ce nu a afectat activitatea enzimatică.
