Rezumat

In the article the Questions in connection with the subject of representation, „the work of the master” revealed the criteria which is the basis for the definition of a social object as the object of representation, with particular reference to the work of the master. The study of social representations is necessary for better understand the actions, the behaviours of individuals, to penetrate into the essence of the scenarios developed and prescribed by the groups. For the representation of social, better than any other construction extraction of the brain, guides the actions and behaviors of the people, guiding the relationships and organise their actions. We are in an era dominated by information and only a very small percentage of what we know is the result of our knowledge direct. If in the past the man was the organizer and transmitter of experience, currently he is the „organizer and transmitter of the social representations”. Social objects have been selected over time as the objects represented in emphasizing the usefulness of the theory of social representations to understanding human behavior related to different areas of the contemporary society. One of the functions of social representations refers to the anticipation of conducting social relations and in the framework of the professional activity. In the framework of the social group arise certain prejudices, it creates certain attitudes across the different professions which are shared by the members of this group. Social representations appear as the prophets what would have the particularity to create necessary conditions of their inclusion sustainable in social reality.
