Goal: Highlighting the etiologic spectrum of septic-purulent infections during early motherhood and emphasize the method of conduct and treatment. Material and Methods: The retrospective study used 109 pacients year 2012-2013, with following signs: septicpurulent infection (except cases of lactostasis, pyelonephritis, etc.), patients with a prolonged PROM and signs of intrauterine infection, patients with suspected placental debris, bad-smelling lochia or abnormal ultrasound exam, wound dehiscence and suppuration; It was studied each clinical record for patients , including laboratory results performed in Perinatal Perinatal Centrum of III-rd level Mother and Child. Results: The data obtained allowed us to specify main symptoms of endometriosis: hypogastrium pain, fever that begins within 48 hours, leukocytosis, wound dehiscence and suppuration. Among the most common solitary infectious agents were identifi ed: Ent.Fecalis, E.Coli and Ent.faecium; the association of microorganisms were detected Ent.Fecalis Corynebacterium, E. coli Ent.Faecium. Note that E. coli pathogens were sensitive to antibiotics: cephalosporins, phenicols, fluoroquinolone and resistance to antibiotics of the penicillin group; while bacteria Ent. Fecalis and Ent. Faecium showed sensitivity to penicillin group preparations and fluoroquinolone and resistance to cephalosporins I, II, III group. Puerperal endometritis treatment beside antibacterial therapy includes detoxification therapy (sol Glucose 5%, sol NaCl 0.9%, reopoliglucina 10%), desensitization therapy, oxytocic preparations (oxytocin), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory preparations (nimesil, mesulid ), uterine lavage with antiseptics and others. Duration of treatment the cure was 4-7 days, and in severe forms up to 10 days. |
