Rezumat

This is a complex study of the situation in the Caspian Sea region that can become a new Golf, or even a new North Sea with approximately 2-3% of the world oil production. It is analyzed the position of countries that hold Caspian oil, policy of Russia, USA and other countries in this subject, position of GUAM countries regarding production and transportation of oil resources and of natural liquid gases from this region into importing countries etc.
