The continuing and effective reformation of the national economy in the Republic of Moldova is impossible without close collaboration with the international financial institutions and in particular with the World Bank. This process is many-sided and is in mutual dependence with various factors, study and research. In this context, the analysis of new tendencies in the policy, promulgated by the World Bank, and the place of the Republic of Moldova in the process of the economic and financial collaboration, acquire a great importance. The methodological and managerial aspects of the international financial collaboration represent a great interest for the economic theory and practice.
