This article includes the impact of the world financial crises on capital market, as well as in the Republic of Moldova. Were analyzed the reasons and proportion of the world financial crises, the opinions of some economists on the origin of the crises and the solutions to treat the crises. In particular, are analyzed the efforts of the G20 countries to stimulate the economic activities through adoption of some measures like fiscal, cut of public expenses and stimulation of some economic sectors. Also, is analyzed the impact of the world financial crises on the national economy. Another subject is the analyses of the world capital crises, the reasons and the influence on the domestic capital market.
