У статті розглядається поняття, зміст та особливості адміністративно-правового статусу Національної поліції України. Вказується, що права, свободи і законні інтереси працівників Національної поліції України становлять основу їх правового статусу та визначають їх положення в суспільстві і державі. Адміністративно-правовий статус Національної поліції України визначається як передбачене нормами адміністративного права положення Національної поліції у взаєминах внутрішнього характеру, а також з органами виконавчої влади, їх посадовими і службовими особами. Підкреслюється необхідність прийняття Дисциплінарного статуту Національної поліції.

The article discusses the concept, content and features of administrative and legal status of the National Police of Ukraine. It is stated that the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the workers of the National Police of Ukraine form the basis of their legal status and determine their position in the society and the state. Administrative and legal status of the National Police of Ukraine is determined as provided administrative law status of the National Police in the relationship of internal nature, as well as with the executive authorities, their officials and officers.
