Rezumat

Some important phenomena have been documented, after about 25 years of emigration of Moldovan citizens in European countries, USA, Canada and the Russian Federation. During this period abroad they were born and raised children of Moldovan migrants – the new generation of immigrants. Many of them have already reached the 18, obtained citizenship of the country of residence, without renouncing at the citizenship of parents, and votes in the electoral processes in Moldova. Some of them are members of migrant associations founded abroad by Moldovan citizens. The objective of the study is to highlight the social and political implications of phenomenon of seconds generation, the impact of new generations of migrants on political institutions and processes in Moldova, in the context of new trends in migration processes aimed the Moldo-van citizens. The analysis intended to emphasize the extent to which communities of Moldovan citizens, especially in Italy, affects / influence the policies of the country of origin, political behavior of state authorities, but also the electoral process. To realize an interdisciplinary approach, the quantitative analysis with qualitative study will be colloborated.
