Rezumat

Formation of the world order after the end of the cold war was a complex process, with many aspects, which found the expression in a lot of elaborations and scenarios proposed by different scientific schools, opinion leaders and representatives of various cultures and religions. If it expressed the opportunity of identification forms more constructive and less violent of interaction between international actors, many models wear the impress of conflictual logic between the poles, they receive another dimension, which reflects new realities or intellectual speculations. The world order postcold war was formed in a decentralized, alinear and synergetic area, because of the extension of the collective process participants the adoption of the decisions at the international level, even in polarity conditions, national states and guvernmental international organizations are the most important and influential international actors, but in the list of international actors the positions of the leaders are detain by transnational corporations and terrorist movements.
