<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In this article the author draws attention to the very important aspect of the environmental problem: the emergence of inter-state conflicts and mutual claims in the field of ecology. Similar conflicts are neighboring countries, such as Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus. To resolve such conflicts come to the aid tolerant inter-state relations. An example of finding a solution to the environmental conflicts are the European Union countries. The EU also provides assistance to countries and falling into a situation of environmental conflict. </description>
