For some decades Western Europe has developed a process of building superstate, the European Union, which brought economic prosperity, social balance and durabiliate, stabilized democracy, rights and freedoms increased. The reason for success - this building has supported more than at the beginning, common values and, later, the collective interest. This ideal system was a variant type template for the countries of central, eastern and southeastern Europei. Its implementation led to a common practice of unifying Europe based on creating, strengthening and awareness of a common European identity.
