All the researchers in the field, recognize that now, at the beginning of a new century and millennium, mankind is in a serious deadlock that can not be overcome, unless action is undertaken in a concentrated and quick manner in order to rethink theories and strategies at the base of the social and economic activity for the last ten-fifteen years, so they could be suitable to the demands and requirements of the future. As it can be observed, the global processes and economic, social, cultural integration demands concept reevaluation regarding the life and work quality, ecological balance preservation, and judicious and efficient use of available resources, usually scarce and increasingly expensive.
