Evaluation of management performance in local public administration is important and necessary. The evaluation must be based on a series of relevant performance indicators and generally essential. They are not yet in the legislation because of local autonomy, direct election of mayor and not imposing the existence of hall managers. Given these, the performance indicators are self-imposed. Important is also the necessity of performance indicators, that arises from the image that they must give upon the organization state, the need for any corrections and the fact that performance indicators can be the basis for a management contract between the mayor and the manager (administrator) of the Hall. The authors have developed after view their performance indicators, which shows the image which they recorded on the state organization, including situations requiring interventions, namely these performance indicators can be the basis of a contract of employment between the mayor and manager the hall.
