While on the job market, one should adapt methods of time management, which do not conflict with the general ideas of the work organization. The study of Fred Luthans “True managers” makes a difference between “efficient managers” and “successful managers”. The “efficient managers” achieve good results and are liked by the subordinates. The “successful managers” are characterized by speed, which has allowed them to be promoted in the organization throughout their career. |
