Rezumat

At present, we live in a society of organizations, which means that the organizations are a distinctive sign which reflect what is, what is happening, they develop or change in society. The society of the developed countries has become a society of organizations in which the economy is progressing and in today's economy, in order to keep being on the market and have profit is very important to have a motivated workforce, even more important than ever because an motivated employee is a productive employee and a productive employee is a profitable one. When people are not motivated, they become less productive, less creative and no longer care about the company. Thus motivation is the process of selection, guidance and maintenance of human behavior. Also motivation is a process where people choose different forms of behavior to achieve personal goals. In a company employees should be motivated, but also a motivating environment has to be created. Although the organizational climate is difficult to measure, observing its symptoms (the fluctuation, the turnover of staff, work relationships) indicate the emergence of problems that signify the low motivation of the staff.
