The paper is dedicated to the assessment of buildings, monuments of history, architecture and urban planning of the Republic of Belarus. Historical valuable buildings should be attributed to atypical buildings. And here the follwoing question arises: how to foremost take into account the specificity of such real estate and what assessment methods to apply to it.

Статья посвящена оценке зданий, памятников истории, архитектуры и градостроительства Республики Беларусь. Исторически ценные здания должны быть отнесены к атипичным зданиям. И здесь сразу же возникают вопросы: как в наибольшей степени учесть специфику такого недвижимого имущества и какие методы оценки применяются к ней.
