Within modern global economic relations, the intensity of economic development, as well as the increase of the international competitiveness of firms, regions and states should be done through the implementation of new market instruments that are able to neutralize the crisis destructive processes and ensure the stability of the economic development of above-mentioned actors. One of these instruments is the clusterization, which is considered as a way of the international competitiveness increase of enterprises and the support of their growth within cross-border cooperation. The article highlights the nature and characteristics of the term “cluster” and the features of the enterprises’ interaction within the cross-border cluster structures.

В условиях современных глобальных экономических отношениях, интенсификация экономического развития и повышения международной конкурентоспособности предприятий, регионов и государств, должно быть осуществлено путем внедрения новых рыночных инструментов, использование которых может нивелировать деструктивное влияние кризисов и обеспечить стабильное экономическое развитие вышеупомянутых субъектов. Одним из таких инструментов выступает кластеризация как путь повышения международной конкурентоспособности предприятий и поддержки их роста в контексте трансграничного сотрудничества. В статье рассматриваются природа и особенности понятия «кластер», а также особенности взаимодействия предприятий в рамках трансграничного кластера.
