The world economy grew essentially in the last three decades, especially it is marked by intensification of economic and financial relations between countries. Intensification of these relations has positive and negative effects, transmitting “borderless” the shocks from financial and currencies markets. In this article is presented the structure of international financial and currency flows, their dynamics, the world financial market capitalization, the channel of external fluctuation transmit from world financial market to national economy, how the national economy of the country depends (vulnerability) of international financial flows and the processes on financial market. Additionally it is made an analysis of external financial flows of Republic of Moldova and their effect over the economy.
