Rezumat

The article shows that the management team of a company should be monitored by shareholders through corporate management mechanism. Is shown need critical examination of the principles of corporate management companies in Romania. Conceptual framework for optimized issues by corporate management practice of accounting is studied in this article in connexion with corporate managerial behavior business plan. The article shows business plan functions by corporate managerial behavior. It indicated the need for corporate crisis management plans and it studied general management firms that prerequisites for shaping competitive corporate management. Are obtained conclusions on attracting resources and best practices for corporate management companies in Romania and in the region. Authors' findings show that among a sample of firms (32 entities) registered at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bucharest (2012) there is a gray area between firm governance and operational management, usually poorly controlled by top management firms concerned. Is advancing a project/ proposal-oriented lines for corporate management at national and regional modern companies. Examining potential structural alignments such a document, based on research conducted by the authors, it appears that for example companies in Romania (as part of the EU) and the Republic of Moldova (the country's integration into the EU) to determine behavior under the corporate management at national and regional level requires the development of a regulatory framework document that will serve to organize and leadership imposed. It is estimated that the required instrumental scenarios in corporate crisis management, but they must be supported by adequate minimum budget. The national commitment is needed vectorization guidelines for companies in the new corporate behavior, as a consequence of any misalignment in the field affect competitive business commitment.
