Without doubt, the year 2016 is Saussure’s year because we celebrate 100 years from the publishing of the Course of General Linguistics, keystone for linguistics as science. I dedicate my entire linguistic research from this period to the founder of this field – linguistics – without which the entire perspective on humanities would surely have been at least incomplete. The fact that the sign’s arbitration theory has given birth to so many controversies and the fact that the linguistics – semiology relation was upturned in the meantime indicates the important legacy left by the declared Saussurian or Non-Saussurian researchers, public or hidden readers of Saussure’s work, who cannot ignore the one who, according to some, has “dissappeared from fashion”. Saussure remains Saussure, and for the ideological legacy left to us, also due to his followers, we should have no rest this year. Let us return once again to the Saussurian philosophy as (re)coagulation factor of the much fragmented linguistics of today.
