The problematics of translation comes from the joining of philosophical problematics of translation and culture in the process of culture communication. We could use the universal hermeneutic model when we are trying to conceive and interpret the translation as a possibility of meeting and a way of communication among different cultures. In the process of translation, the translator should take into account the category of the text: informative text, expressive text and incentive text, continuing to use different linguistic techniques in the translational process. Thus, the ranslation’s orientation to the function of the source-text acquires a basic translational principle: content invariance for the texts of informative type, form analogy for those of expressive type and achievement of appropriate reaction of the receiver in case of the incentive type of texts.
