During the last time the problem of drugs and resulted crimes became very actual in our country. One of the legislative actions in the area of fighting with illegal traffic and drugs consumption is improvement of legislation and bringing it in correspondence with requirements stipulated by the conventions of the United Nations Organization. At the same time, taking into account globalization of the problem on drugs consumption and illegal traffic, in different countries and inclusively in the Republic of Moldova, take place the process for development and improvement of the legislative basis which determines national policy on control of drugs circulation.
