The official statistics regarding the criminality in Ukraine is not very comforting (in spite of annual confirmation of insignificant decrease), this confirms the Ministry of Home Affairs, the security service of Ukraine, procuratorials.) The economic instability, the worsening of social-political relations in the country influences the progressive collapse of material and spiritual culture of Ukrainian people. This and other disturbances is the cause of the increasing psychical diseases in society.
