In this paper, the author studied the peculiarities of legal regulation of the distribution agreement and its place in the system of civil-law agreements of the Republic of Moldova. In particular, the author presented sufficient scientific justification and self-distribution agreement. Separately, the author proposed amendments to existing legislation in order to implementations distribution agreement into the domestic legal system of the Republic of Moldova. |
