Rezumat

Sunt supuse analizei bazele teoretice ale investiţiilor internaţionale, în particular definirea investiţiilor, investiţiilor internaţionale, diverse teorii şi opinii ale savanţilor ce caracterizează mişcarea capitalului dintre state, este analizată baza normativă a Republicii Moldova ce reglează gestiunea investiţiilor. De asemenea, sunt actualizate datele Băncii Mondiale referitoare la investiţiile internaţionale directe în economia mondială.

The article deals with the theoretical foundations of international investment, in particular the definition of investment, foreign investment, different theories and views of scientists characterize the movement of capital between the countries analyzed the regulatory framework of the Republic of Moldova, which regulates the management of investments. It also provides the data of the World Bank in terms of foreign direct investment in the world economy.
