The research materials of the basic parameters of the wind mode changes on the territory of the Republic of Moldova are submitted in this article. Application of the mathematical statistics methods, computer and GIS-Technologies has allowed creating the information base, on the basis of which the laws of the wind mode in our republic were revealed. Wind potential of our republic was investigated, the numerical meanings of the basic power parameters of wind for characteristic landscape conditions are determined; the maps of the winds speed changes, of the wind power at different heights and duration of working speeds of wind are present.
