Статья посвящена определению правовой природы, сущности, формам и другим вопросам онтологии ассоциации в доктрине Европейского Союза; определяются понятие и особенности ассоциации в договорном праве Европейского Союза; отмечаются характерные черты соглашений об ассоциации Европейского Союза с такими странами, как Молдова, Украина, и другими; характеризуются цели и формы ассоциации Европейского Союза с третьими странами; рассматриваются на конкретных примерах формы ассоциации в доктрине Европейского Союза; производится анализ основных направлений сотрудничества Европейского Союза с другими странами, основанного на соглашениях об ассоциации.

The article is devoted to the definition of a legal nature, essence, forms and other issues in the doctrine of ontology Association of the European Union; It defines the concept and characteristics of the association in the contract law of the European Union; marked features of the association agreements with the European Union countries such as Moldova, Ukraine and others; characterized by the purpose and form of the association of the European Union with third countries; discusses specific examples form the association in the doctrine of the European Union; analyzed the main directions of cooperation between the European Union and other countries, based on the Association Agreements.
