<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Первый топорик (hachereau sur éclat, fl ake cleaver) в ашеле Кавказа Осенью 2013 г. на западе Азербайджана, на южном берегу Мингечаурского водохранилища был открыт новый ашельский памятник — стоянка Гараджа. Каменные изделия и фаунистические остатки были обнаружены на террасовой площадке, где выявлено 7 пунктов залегания материала. Наибольший интерес представляют пункты Гараджа, Гараджа 1, 2, 3, 5, давшие ашельский инвентарь. Все предметы изготовлены из местного галечного сырья. Условия обнаружения, а также сохранность и морфологии артефактов позволяют считать индустрию местонахождения Гараджа гомогенной. Среди каменных изделий выделяется топорик (колун) с пункта Гараджа 1. Он обладает всеми признаками, характерными для вещей этой категории, и имеет несомненные аналогии в африканском ашеле. </description>
<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'>Primul toporaș (hachereau sur éclat, fl ake cleaver) din acheuleanul Caucazului Situl acheulean de la Garadzha a fost descoperit în 2013 pe malul sudic al lacului de acumulare Mingheciaur din Azerbaijanul de vest. Pe platforma unei terase au fost descoperite artefacte din piatră și resturi faunistice, fi ind evidenţiate 7 puncte de concentrare a materialului. Cele mai interesante sunt punctele Garadzha, Garadzha 1, 2, 3, și 5 cu inventar acheulean. Toate artefactele sunt executate din materie primă locală (piatră de râu). Condiţiile de descoperire, starea de conservare și morfologia artefactelor permit să considerăm industra sitului Garadzha ca fi ind una omogenă. Printre inventarul litic, de un interes deosebit este o piesă din punctul Garadzha 1, care posedă toate trăsăturile tipice unui toporaș (hachereau) cu analogii ferme în acheuleanul african. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The First Flake Cleaver (hachereau sur éclat) in the Acheulean of the Caucasus The Acheulean site of Garadzha was discovered in 2013 on the southern shore of the Minghechaur water reservoir in the west of Azerbaijan. Stone artefacts and faunal remains were collected in 7 localities confi ned to an ancient terrace. The localities of Garadzha, Garadzha 1, 2, 3, and 5, which yielded Acheulean artifacts, seem to be the most important ones. All the artefacts are made of local raw material (pebbles). Their geomorphological position, state of preservation, and morphology permit to consider the industry of Garadzha homogeneous one. Of particular interest among the stone tools is a cleaver (hachereau) from Garadzha 1. It possesses all the characters typical of this tool category, and has indisputable analogies in the Acheulean of Africa. </description>
