ЗАЧЕМ НУЖЕН БАНК ЯДЕРНОГО ТОПЛИВА В КАЗАХСТАНЕ? В статье анализируется проблематика размещения ядерного топлива в контексте общей политики ядерного нераспространения. По мнению автора, создание в Казахстане банка ядерного топлива способствует укреплению режима нераспространения. По сути, это может стать первым шагом к реализации многосторонних подходов к использованию ядерного топливного цикла в мире, как в сфере обогащения урана, так и переработки отработанного ядерного топлива.

DE CE ESTE NECESAR DEPOZITUL DE COMBUSTIBIL NUCLEAR ÎN KAZAHSTAN? Articolul analizează problemele privind depozitarea combustibil nuclear, în contextul politicii generale a neproliferării armelor nucleare. Potrivit autorului, crearea unui depozit de combustibil nuclear în Kazahstan întărește regim non-proliferare. De fapt, acest lucru poate fi primul pas spre punerea în aplicare a abordărilor multilaterale pentru ciclul de combustibil nuclear din lume, inclusiv în domeniul de îmbogățire a uraniului și de reprocesare a combustibilului nuclear uzat.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY THE CREATION OF NUCLEAR FUEL BANK IN KAZAKHSTAN? The article analyzes the problems of the deployment of nuclear fuel in the context of the general policy of nuclear non-proliferation. According to the author, the creation of a nuclear fuel bank Kazakhstan strengthens non-proliferation regime. In fact, this may be the first step towards the implementation of multilateral approaches to nuclear fuel cycle in the world, both in the field of uranium enrichment and reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel.
