In the present article it is argued that the only durable solution to overcome the present situation in the problem of electing the President of Republic of Moldova is to return to the modality of electing the President established in the initial text of the Constitution of Republic of Moldova – the election by people. In case of the elaboration of new Constitution of our state the best modality of approving the future Constitution is its adoption by the Constituent Assembly elected for this purpose with universal suffrage and then approved by people in a constitutional referendum |
