The question the author is emphasizing in the present article is the following: once the offer is launched, before being accepted, does it create an obligation in the offertory’s obligation? It’s answer is looked for through the prism of revocability principle of the offer. At the same time, the author specifies the exceptions from this principle, their juridical and critical, at the same time brings their critic.
