The Chronic Viral Hepatitis C and Pregnancy The problem of chronic hepatitis C became one of the priorities in hepathology. It is estimated that nearly 200 million people are infected with hepatitis C worldwide. This article discusses the problem of vertical transmission in pregnant women from mother to fetus: the role of viral genotype C, the degree of viremia, different methods of delivery, including the utilisation of instrumentation, the possibility of breast feeding infant by mother infected with hepatitis C virus. In this article an overview is provided of current literature on the pathogenesis of viral infection C in the development of complications in pregnant women and ways of preventing them; information considered tactics of future parents management infected with hepatitis C virus and women with this pathology before and during pregnancy, as well as during and after childbirth. Methods of treatment of chronic hepatitis C in pregnant women are presented, as well as the possibility of primary and secondary prevention of this infection.

Хронический вирусный гепатит С и беременность Проблема хронического гепатита С является одной из приоритетных в гепатологии. В мире насчитываются более 200 миллионов больных, инфицированных вирусом гепатита С. Обсуждается проблема вертикальной передачи инфекции у беременных женщин от матери к плоду: роль генотипа вируса С, степени виремии, различных методов ведения родов, в том числе и инструментальных, возможность кормления новорожденного молоком матери, инфицированной вирусом гепатита С. В статье приводится обзор современных литературных данных по вопросу патогенеза вирусной инфекции С в развитии осложнений у беременных женщин и пути их предупреждения, рассматривается тактика ведения будущих родителей инфицированных вирусом гепатита С и женщин с данной патологией до и в течении беременности, а также во время и после родов. Излагаются методы лечения хронического гепатита С у беременных, обсуждается первичная и вторичная профилактики данной инфекции.
