<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>B настоящей статье авторами проводиться анализ наиболее распространенных дел Европейского суда по правам человека ,связанных лишением родительских прав. В частности, раскрывается понятие «лишение родительских прав» через призму постановлений Европейского суда по правам человека. Так же на основании проведенного анализ выявлены основные проблемы применения национальными судами законодательства о лишении родительских прав, а так же предлагаются собственные пути решения выявленных проблем. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In this article the author analyzes the most common cases of the European Court of Human Rights related to the deprivation of parental rights. Specifically disclosed the concept of «deprivation of parental rights» through the prism of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Just based on our analysis of the main problems the application of national legislation by the courts of the deprivation of parental rights, as well as offer their own solutions to the problems identified. </description>
