This is an evocation sketch of the poet Nichita Stănescu and it is also a presentation of his work from a new perspective, as an expression of respect for this writer, a trainer in culture. This article intends to analyze a segment of poetry less accessed by exegetes: the occasional poem richly represented in the works of Nichita and widespread throughout his period of creation. From our point of view, the function of the occasional in the Nichita’s poetic is a proof of postmodern vision.
