The radiodiagnostic investigations of the thorax organs are the most important in the precocious identifi cation of the respiratory system maladies and they can’t be replaced with some other existing methods till the effi ciency of these ones will be increased. For improving the precocious identifi cation of the patients with pulmonary pathologies, fi rstly, of those with progressive pulmonary tuberculosis and with bronchopulmonary cancer, the most necessary thing is the supply of Public Medical-Sanitary Institutions of Chisinau municipality with radiodiagnostic digital equipment (including those for PRE investigations), using the modern technologies for imageries processing and stocking.
