Acest articol tratează problema traumatismului asociat al feţei (TAF), destul de actual în diagnosticul şi tratamentul patologiei traumatismului. Traumatismul asociat al feţei ocupă un loc important în structura traumatismului, datorită incidenţei sale crescute, a complicaţiilor grave frecvente pe care le poate provoca. În literatura de specialitate sunt descrise mai multe metode de diagnostic, tratament şi reabilitare a bolnavului cu traumatism asociat al feţei. În acelaşi timp, nu toate problemele sunt soluţionate, fapt ce determină necesitatea de a stabili indicaţii clare pentru selectarea metodelor adecvate în restabilirea formei şi funcţiei dereglate la bolnavul traumatizat. În lucrare sunt analizate datele literaturii privind traumatismul asociat al feţei pe 49 de surse bibliografi ce. Lucrarea include aspecte contemporane de etiologie, frecvenţă, diagnostic şi complicaţii, elucidând problemele principale nesoluţionate ce ţin de aceste patologii. În condiţiile societăţii contemporane sechelele posttraumatice reprezintă o barieră în integrarea socioculturală şi economică a individului.

Эта статья посвящена сочетанной травмы лица, текущим проблемам диагностики и лечения в качестве основного компонента патологии. Травма лица, занимает важное место в структуре травмы, из-за высокой заболеваемости, частых осложнений, которые могут причинить вред. В литературе описаны методы диагностики, лечения и реабилитации больных с ассоциированной травмой лица. В то же время не все проблемы решены, поэтому очень важно установить четкие рекомендации по выбору подходящих методов для восстановления формы и функции травмированного пациента. В работе проанализированы данные литературы, связанной с травмами лица, из 49 библиографических источников. Работа включает актуальные вопросы этиологии, частоты, диагностики и уточнения ключевых вопросов, нерешенных осложнений этого заболевания. В условиях современного общества травматические осложнения является препятствием к социально-культурной и экономической интеграции личности.
