<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Статья посвящена анализу практической деятельности органов региональных управлений Государственной фискальной службы Украины в контексте возможной их реструктуризации и приведения в наиболее оптимальную форму для реализации фискальной политики страны и обеспечения основных потребностей налогоплательщиков. Автор подчеркивает, что на региональные управления Государственной фискальной службы Украины возложены наиболее ответственные вопросы фискальной политики страны. В результате исследования выявлены и качественно обоснованы конкретные пути решения проблемы реформирования упомянутых органов, а также представлены на рассмотрение возможные конечные результаты таких мероприятий. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The article is devoted to the analysis of practical activity of regional departments of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the context of their possible restructuring and resulting to the most optimal form for realization of fiscal policy of the country and providing the basic necessities of taxpayers. The author stresses that regional departments of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine carry out the most responsible issues of the state fiscal policy. As a result of the research the author has revealed and substantiated the concrete ways of solving the problems of reforming the mentioned departments, and also possible outcomes of such measures have been presented.  </description>
