The problem of socialization of young people is one of the most important in our community. Socialization of personality is a very hard process that continues the whole life. Personality can’t exist without social role. Social role is a program that answers to waited action of a person in structure of one or another group. Role is directed by knowledge that was acquired before (attitude). Attitude means person’s readiness for one or other behaviour. A person uses attitude in ones own life much more, if this attitude has a very important meaning for him or her. Attitude creates a style of life of a person that is what a person thinks about himself/herself and his/her life. The style of life is both the process and result of socialization.
