| Rezumat | ||||||
The article discusses the relationship between the quality of a democratic regime and the nature of the electoral institution. The author shows that in terms of simulation democracy election mechanism is deformed. The role of elections comes down to legitimize and stabilize the ruling political elite. The author believes that the deepening of the processes of democratization in the countries of simulation democracy linked to the restoration of the rule of law as the guarantor of the principle of accountability through electoral institution. |
