The inclusive Education, appoited by UNESCO as a future vector, becomes an indicator of the educational service quality and of the society democratization degree. This thing is inducing a new educational paradigm based on philosophy centrated of children. This process suppose a perpetual step of improving the educational institution. As the bigest objective of the inclusive education serves the school adaptation to the children special educational needs, while through extension, the general school adaptation to the children diversity, this means the school reform and dezvoltation. The politic of R.Moldova in teaching the children with dificulties means their teaching in a special education or the organization of their teaching of home.
